Privacy Policy

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and “QLD CS PTY LTD” (“Company”) for the use of the “Care Compass” mobile application (“App”).

License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on a mobile device owned or controlled by the User.

Restrictions

The User shall not:

  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on the App.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from the App.
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.

 

User Responsibilities

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities that occur under the User’s account.

 

Support and Updates

The Company may provide updates or support for the App at its discretion. The User acknowledges that the Company has no obligation to provide any updates or support.

 

Warranty Disclaimer:

The App is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. The Company does not warrant that the App will be error-free or meet the User’s requirements.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

 

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia.



By installing or using the App, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

 

Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, and your continued use of the App after the changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
